At Priority Bicycles, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your bicycle or accessories within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping box; for bicycles, ensure all protective padding is in place to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
